Well hello there

Hello to you all on this lovely Monday! It has been some time, since I have updated my blog but we are back in business. I hope you didn't think I gave up on it, but it has been a roller coaster around here. It all started with some free paint that Para Paints offered bloggers at BlogPodium and a gift certificate I won at Benjamin Moore. Thank you to both for such a great gift. I was so excited and started searching for the right shade right away. The only problem was picking a colour of the gorgeous options that they have.

So, here is what I have been up to and what I have been working on, just in case you were wondering. I started painting one room, then a second room, then I wasn't really sure about it, then repainted it, have started redecorating our bedroom, been attending my BYW class, swim lessons, looking for a job, finished a dresser makeover, started applying for jobs, started a DIY project (building a console/desk), cleaned closets and now, hubby is away for a week. Ahh. That is what I have been occupying myself with.

Here is a shot of what I am working on. I am really liking the fabric. Will share the final project as soon as I get some new handles.  

I also started to add some summer touches to our living room and love them. I could really live in a place with only one warm season. But in the meantime, I am dreaming of the beach.
