We bloggers put a lot of time, effort and passion into our blogs and posts every day. But it is a job where you don't get a lot of feedback on the overall look or feel of your blog. And who doesn't want to know what others think about your blog. I for one, always want to know how I can improve my blog and to make my readers happy.

So, when I saw the initiative that Heather, from Inspire Me Heather created I had to jump on board. She had a fantastic idea to organize this awesome 'what I like about your blog' initiative.

With this initiative, you get other to critique your blog and tell you their honest opinion about what they like and what they don't like about your blog. Isn't that great? It is all anonymous, and she posts their replies on a website, where only the people that participated will see what they said, unless you want to share it with your readers.

You can sign up here. I already did this morning and highly recommend it, as well as Heather's blog. Always so much great stuff to read about.
